It’s not about reaction, but anticipation

The article below captured my attention. Written about the state of insurance technology in India, it describes many of the same forces of change as other markets, whether the US, Europe or Asia. We all know that the insurance industry is dynamic and fast growing, but it certainly seems to have sped up as of late. The challenge for IT is to keep up with this pace of change, and also to anticipate where the growth will take us.
